After two years of problems with my back and hips, I finally went in and was blown away at what just the first adjustment did. I went back regularly to get my hip back in place and now I just go back every once in a while for maintenance. I feel so amazing after each adjustment.

I went to Dr. Richards because I was having some back pain from my work as a Dental Assistant. He worked on my muscles, gave me an adjustment, and taught me some easy postural exercises to do throughout the day. It was comfortable, he was friendly, and I only had to see him a couple times.
